Place peas/beans, lentils, rice, frozen vegetables and sweet potato in a very large pot and cover with water.

Bring to a boil, lower heat, and simmer for 1 1/2 - 2 hours. You want the peas and beans to be very well cooked because then they are easier to digest.

Remove pan from heat and drain off excess water, if any.

Using a potato masher, mash everything together (for easier digestion, again).

While still hot, add peanut butter and stir until it melts.

Let mixture cool for 20-30 minutes.

Stir in nutritional yeast and ground flax seeds
